1. Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy.

Refunds to the original payment method are not provided. However, store credit may be issued in the following cases:

• Product lost in transit  
• Product received damaged (valid unboxing video required)

All claims are subject to verification.

If approved, a store credit coupon (valid for 30 days) will be issued, which can be used on our website.

Store credit is not applicable for size issues, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to make any changes (size, address, etc.), please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues only.

Returns and refunds are not applicable.

Exchange Terms:

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery  
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact  
• Clear photos of the product are required for verification  

An exchange fee of ₹250 applies (covers reverse pickup and delivery).

The exchange process typically takes 6–7 working days.

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

• Alternative product, OR  
• Store credit (valid for 30 days)

Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for exchange.

4. Important Notes

For damaged or incorrect product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package before opening  
• The full unboxing process  
• The product and the issue clearly  

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

We aim to ensure every order is carefully packed and verified before dispatch.

Please note:
• Products in used, washed, or tagless condition will not be accepted  
• Minor delays caused by courier partners or external factors may occur  

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
